WOW. We Did it. Impeach and Remove 400 + protesters

It is nice to know that America is speaking out against this corrupt and dangerous President.  More than 600 Protests around the Country, as a Precursor, to tomorrow’s Historical Vote, when the House of Representatives will Impeach Donald Trump, after which if the United States Senate gives President Trump a Fair trial, and the President Appears to defend himself, He may also be Removed.  In addition, FOX News Poll Numbers about the Impeachment and Removal of President Trump are soaring at more than 50% of the Voters of this Grand Republic in support of Impeachment and Removal of President Trump.  Although these polls are true according to impeaching Donald Trump, Senator Moscow Mitch McConnell has declared publicly that he will take the oath of being a Juror but also on that same note, He has professed publicly that he WILL NOT!!!!! BE IMPARTIAL IN THE SENATE TRIALS AGAINST DONALD TRUMP……..DONALD TRUMP WILL NOT THEN GET A FAIR TRIAL, AND HE HAS DECLARED THAT HE WILL MOST LIKELY NOT DEFEND HIMSELF IN THE SENATE TRIALS ON HIS OWN DEFENSE.  AND ATTORNEY GENERAL BARR, SUPPORTS HIM AND WILL FOLLOW HIM OVER THE COLLECTIVE CLIFF OF HUMANITY. The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of America

When in the Course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.

He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.

He has refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.

He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their Public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures.

He has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people.

He has refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to cause others to be elected, whereby the Legislative Powers, incapable of Annihilation, have returned to the People at large for their exercise; the State remaining in the mean time exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within.

He has endeavoured to prevent the population of these States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations hither, and raising the conditions of new Appropriations of Lands.

He has obstructed the Administration of Justice by refusing his Assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary Powers.

He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.

He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people and eat out their substance.

He has kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies without the Consent of our legislatures.

He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil Power.

He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:

For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments:

He has abdicated Government here, by declaring us out of his Protection and waging War against us.

He has plundered our seas, ravaged our coasts, burnt our towns, and destroyed the lives of our people.

He is at this time transporting large Armies of foreign Mercenaries to compleat the works of death, desolation, and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & Perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the Head of a civilized nation.

He has constrained our fellow Citizens taken Captive on the high Seas to bear Arms against their Country, to become the executioners of their friends and Brethren, or to fall themselves by their Hands.

He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavoured to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian Savages whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.

In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Prince, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.

Nor have We been wanting in attentions to our British brethren. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the circumstances of our emigration and settlement here. We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our Separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace Friends.

TO UNDERSTAND WHAT’S AT STAKE EVEN FURTHER LET’S REVIEW WHAT IS STATED IN THE PREAMBLE TO THE U.S. CONSTITUTION, I.E. AND THE BILL OF RIGHTS.

THE Conventions of a number of the States, having at the time of their adopting the Constitution, expressed a desire, in order to prevent misconstruction or abuse of its powers, that further declaratory and restrictive clauses should be added: And as extending the ground of public confidence in the Government, will best ensure the beneficent ends of its institution. RESOLVED by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled, two thirds of both Houses concurring, that the following Articles be proposed to the Legislatures of the several States, as amendments to the Constitution of the United States, all, or any of which Articles, when ratified by three fourths of the said Legislatures, to be valid to all intents and purposes, as part of the said Constitution; viz. ARTICLES in addition to, and Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America, proposed by Congress, and ratified by the Legislatures of the several States, pursuant to the fifth Article of the original Constitution.

Amendment 1
– Freedom of Religion, Speech, and the Press

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof, or abridging the freedom of speech or of the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.


Amendment 2
– The Right to Bear Arms

A well-regulated Militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed.


Amendment 3
– The Housing of Soldiers

No soldier shall, in time of peace, be quartered in any house without the consent of the owner, nor in time of war but in a manner to be prescribed by law.


Amendment 4
– Protection from Unreasonable Searches and Seizures

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects against unreasonable searches and seizures shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched and the persons or things to be seized.


Amendment 5
– Protection of Rights to Life, Liberty, and Property

No person shall be held to answer for a capital or otherwise infamous crime unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use without just compensation.


Amendment 6
– Rights of Accused Persons in Criminal Cases

In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial by an impartial jury of the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor; and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense.


Amendment 7
– Rights in Civil Cases

In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury shall be otherwise reexamined in any court of the United States than according to the rules of the common law.


Amendment 8
– Excessive Bail, Fines, and Punishments Forbidden

Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.


Amendment 9
– Other Rights Kept by the People

The enumeration in the Constitution of certain rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.


Amendment 10
– Undelegated Powers Kept by the States and the People

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.

ITS TIME NOW TODAY AND TOMORROW TO TAKE THE FIRST STEP IS SAVING OUR NATION AND ALL IT STANDS FOR AND WILL CONTINUE TO STAND FOR LONG AFTER TRUMP IS GONE.  DO YOUR DUTY, REPRESENTATIVES OF THE U.S. HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES, THERE ARE SO MANY REASONS WHY WE MUST IMPEACH THIS PRESIDENT.

Let’s Unite as a Nation and a People and vote in the House of Representatives unanimously to Impeach this President by Approving the Articles of Impeachment.  But that is the hope but probably not the Reality, those GOP Representatives will probably still vote totally on party lines to not approve these Articles as they Did in the House Judiciary Committee, last week, perhaps in total violations of each of their individual Oaths of Office they also took when they pledged and took the Oath of Office when they assumed their offices at the last 0pening ceremonies of the U.S. House of Representatives, in which the GOP lost horribly their control of the House in 2018. I expect if the GOP in the United States Senate do the same and vote totally on Party lines when President Trump has to face his trial in the United States Senate….that will be a collective GOP statement that will cost them the United States Senate at their next elections, unless they can be an example for the People who elected them to vote on their conscience in terms of removing this President who continues to blatantly violate his Oath of Office, and other matters as stated in the Articles of Impeachment to be voted on tomorrow morning in a Full House vote on these Articles of Impeachment making this President the Third in United States History to be impeached.  I hope the Senate will finish the Task in President Trump’s trial in the United States Senate……And Remove this President according to the United States Constitution as stated.

Impeachment in the United States is the process by which a legislature (usually in the form of the lower house) brings charges against a civil officer of government for crimes alleged to have been committed, analogous to the bringing of an indictment by a grand jury. At the federal level, this is at the discretion of the House of Representatives. Most impeachments have concerned alleged crimes committed while in office, though there have been a few cases in which officials have been impeached and subsequently convicted for crimes committed prior to taking office.[1] The impeached official remains in office until a trial is held. That trial, and their removal from office if convicted, is separate from the act of impeachment itself. Analogous to a trial before a judge and jury, these proceedings are (where the legislature is bicameral) conducted by the upper house of the legislature, which at the federal level is the Senate. However, impeachment is not a criminal proceeding, as the defendant does not risk forfeiture of life, liberty or property; the only penalty is removal from office upon conviction by two-thirds of the senators present. Upon conviction (no president or vice-president has ever been convicted), a second vote is held to determine, by majority vote of the senators present, if the convicted office holder shall be barred from holding further federal office.”

This is the time to do this.  Put pressure on your Senators to vote according to the Federal Law as a Juror who is providing a fair and public trial of a Sitting President in which he/she may bring Defensive Witnesses if he/she so wishes.  At this point the United States President has already declared to the American People that he does not believe any laws and/or Amendments apply to him, that He, Donald Trump is Above the Law, and if anyone GOP or Democrat disagrees with him he will slander them and their purpose for being in their elective offices in the United States House of Representatives, and the United States Senate.  Thanks for allowing me to speak with this blog.  I am not receiving any money or any pressure from anyone except that of my prized Freedom of Speech as a Voting Citizen in this the Greatest Nation on Earth, so I am not benefiting at all on this Blog.  In Fact, I am putting my reputation on the line as an Educated White Male who not only does not believe in White Nationalism, but who has been trained at the highest levels of Behavioral Psychology, Transpersonal Psychology, being awarded a Master’s of Arts in Transpersonal Psychology from one of the most prestigious international online University’s  in the World.
